Question: How do I place a business order for Danconias truffle brownies? 

Answer: Please navigate to the business gifting page. In the first image, there is a button to download the order form. Download the excel file. Note that the file has two tabs, tab 1 is “basic order details”, tab 2 is “gift recipient information”. Fill out the spreadsheet and email to hello@danconias.com. Question: If I order gourmet brownie gifts online, can my card have my logo? 

Answer: Yes, please email us your logo and order number to hello@danconias as you place your order. We will add it from there. If you would like all future orders to include your logo, please let us know on the initial email you send to us. Thanks!

Question: Are your brownie bites nut free or gluten free?

Please keep in mind, although strict manufacturing processes are followed to maintain the purity of ingredients in a facility that also processes: tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, milk, shellfish, fish and wheat, we recommend you take the necessary precautions based on any food allergies as we cannot guarantee Danconias' ingredients and products will not come into contact with, nuts, eggs, wheat, fish, dairy or soy related products. 

Question: How do I track my brownie order? 

Answer: After you have placed your order, you will get a shipping notification by email when the order has been processed and the notification will update when it is scanned by UPS.  

Question: Can I place my brownie order for a future date?

Answer:  Yes, you can select a delivery date in the future. Upon selecting the item you wish to purchase, you will be brought to a screen that shows you a calendar option that you can use the arrows on to choose a future date of your choosing!  Please note some dates will be unavailable for delivery due to national holidays.  

Question:  What is a truffle brownie?

Answer:  Our truffle brownies are the unique meeting of luscious fudge brownie and smooth chocolate truffle. We use the finest French Fair-Trade Chocolate to handcraft these delicate three-bite, decadent treats. The result, the richest, most delicious brownie you can imagine.

Question: Do your brownie gifts include anything about your mission?

    Question: How do I care for my delicious brownies?

    Answer: Our brownies are all-natural and preservative free. We recommend the following care instructions: 

    Keeping them tightly covered at all times, our brownies are best:  

    3-5 days on the counter

    7-10 days in the fridge

    1 month in the freezer


    Question: Can I pick up my brownie order in person?

    Answer:   Yes. Please call us at 7207721987 and place your brownie order over the phone for pickup. Or, you can send us your order over an email to hello@danconias.com

    We are located at 5345 Arapahoe Avenue, Ste #5, Boulder, Colorado 80303. Our hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm. Just call us when you arrive, and we will bring your brownies out to your car!


    Question: Which shipping carriers do you use?  

    Answer: We use UPS for all of our shipping needs. If you would like to double check your addresses, check out the UPS Address Validator tool linked here:

    Please note, UPS does not ship to PO boxes or APOs. 

    Question: Are there volume discounts or business discounts?  

    Answer: We do offer tiered volume discounts for large orders. Please see our business gifts webpage, or contact our Chief Gifting Officers at hello@danconias.com or 7207721987. We look forward to serving your business gifting needs. 

    Question: What is your return/refund policy?

    Answer: We here at Danconias have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products. Please reach out to us at hello@danconias.com or 7207721987 if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. 


    Question:  What payment methods do you accept?  

    Answer: We currently accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple pay, and Google Pay. 

    Question:  Do you have discounts or coupons available?  

    Answer: Yes. Make sure to sign up for our Brownie Newsletter! Sign up via the pop-up on our website or at the bottom of our home page. When you sign up, you save 15% on your first order.  From there, you will be the first to know about our new flavors and sales. 

    Question: Is the gift arrival date guaranteed? 

    Answer: We do our best to make sure your brownie delivery is on time. Certain factors, like weather and COVID protocols, occasionally impact timing. Our fulfillment team is constantly monitoring the situation and does everything it can to insure on time delivery. 

    Question:  May I request my brownie delivery be left without a signature? 

    Answer: Yes. UPS will not require a signature for our deliveries.  If you would like one to be requested for delivery, you would need to contact us and let us know. Please note: There is an additional fee associated with requiring a signature from UPS.  

    Question: How do I make a donation? 

    Answer: You can make a donation in the checkout process on our website, or, you can donate directly to Bridge House (our parent nonprofit) here:

    Question: What time will my brownies arrive? 

    Answer: UPS has a delivery window of 8am to 9pm with all of their packages. Feel free to check the tracking number associated with your order for the most up to date information! 


    Question: Do you use Fair Trade Chocolate? 

    Answer: At Danconias, each brownie is handcrafted in individual batches and begins with luxurious French, Fair Trade Guittard Chocolate. Then we delicately layer in signature ingredients like silky, buttery caramel and Himalyaan Sea Salt, hand-carved tangerine peels and individual batches of oatmeal cookie dough.



    Question: Is your brownie packaging recyclable? 

    Answer: While our mission is to provide jobs here at Community Table Kitchen, we are also dedicated to sourcing the finest ingredients and packaging. Our brownie boxes are made from sustainably grown Proto board and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. FSC is an international non-profit, multi-stakeholder organization, established in 1993, that promotes responsible management of the world's forests. 



    Question: Do you have any vegan options?

    Answer: Unfortunately, at this time we do not have any Vegan brownie options. We are always making new products and taking suggestions, so feel free to reach out to us via email at hello@danconias.com to give us your thoughts! 


    Question: Are your products Kosher? 

    Answer:  Danconias is owned and operated by Community Table Kitchen,  As a non profit whose mission is first to feed those who are actively experiencing homelessness, we are unable to meet the Kosher requirements at this time. 

     

    Question: Are your brownies made in the USA?

    Answer: All of our collections are made in the USA, including our packaging, What’s more, we are proud to be owned and operated by Community Table Kitchen, a social enterprise of Bridge House - a Colorado non-profit. So, each time you send a gift, it has twice the impact! 


    Question: Are your brownies all-natural?

    Answer:  Yes! Danconias makes delicious truffle brownie gifts using all-natural ingredients. Starting with Fair Trade French Guittard Chocolate, and layering super-premium ingredients including Enstrom's Caramel and Himalayan Sea Salt. 

    Question: Do you ship outside the USA? 

    Answer: Yes, please reach out to hello@danconias.com for all international brownie order inquiries. Please include the address and order details and we will let you know the shipping options available for your gift!

     

    Question: What size are the brownies?

    Answer:  Danconias Truffle brownies are 1.25” by 1.25” squares of chocolate joy. Handcrafted  with the finest ingredients, starting with Fair Trade French Guittard Chocolate, and signature all natural ingredients, our brownies are the perfect indulgent treat to satisfy any sweet tooth.


    Question: Is my purchase tax deductible? 

    Answer: Although we are a nonprofit organization, our goods and services are sold at market value. Therefore, there is no tax-deductible donation on our brownie gifts. If you are interested in making a tax deductible donation to our organization, you can make one during the checkout process or click here.

    Question: Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
