Danconias Policies

We ship our Truffle Brownies for delivery within 3 days and do everything we can to ensure your truffle brownies arrive fresh at their intended destination. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. 

Rerouting due to an incorrect address or return packages will incur additional fees. Please double-check with your recipients and make sure you correctly enter all addresses during checkout or on our Business Gifts Order Form. 

We appreciate your business and know your recipients will be delighted by your thoughtful gift.

Nationwide Shipping

We ship year-round throughout the United States, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. While we can not deliver outside the United States, we can take orders from anywhere in the world for US delivery.

Gift Ready Packaging

Every shipment comes with an attractive gift card. You may write a personalized gift card message that will be printed on the card for no extra charge. We offer custom ribbon options for purchase. 

How You Can Help Us Get the Delivery Right

Give us the recipients full street address and telephone number. We will validate every address and even give you the option to bypass the returned address if you do not think it is correct. We ask that you please bypass carefully, as carriers do charge us fees when the delivery address is incorrect. Carriers will often leave the package at the front door if no one is home to receive the package. Whenever you send a Danconias Truffle Brownies perishable package, it helps to send a note letting them know that something sweet is coming their way.

Shipping to a Business Address

If you are sending your gift to a business, hotel or hospital, please be aware that our carriers may deliver the package to a shipping and receiving department. Please let your recipient know to expect a perishable (and delicious!) package. Danconias Truffle Brownies is not responsible if the business is closed and the carrier is unable to deliver the package. For business addresses, please include as much information as possible including company name, telephone number, suite or room number, recipient's name and department, if applicable.

Delivery Restrictions

Because our carriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, Saturdays and Sundays are not available delivery days. Orders will be delivered Monday through Friday. Our carriers do not deliver on New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
