Brownie Kabob Recipe for Memorial Day July 4th and more!

Memorial Day Weekend feels like the unofficial start to summer - as we all plan our Barbeques and celebrate outdoors. And, nothing says summer to us like a delicious dessert featuring fresh berries from the vine and rich chocolate! Simple to make and gorgeous to serve, our Truffle Brownie Kabobs are the perfect ending to your Memorial Day BBQ! 

Truffle Brownie Kabob Recipe:

Ingredients

One Box Danconias Truffle Brownies (We suggest 30 Piece Chocolate Expedition)

One Pint Strawberries - washed, hulled and dried

One Pint Blue Berries - washed and dried

One Pint Raspberries - washed and dried

Bamboo / Wooden Skewers 

Chocolate Sauce - Recipe Below

Instructions:

1) Chill the Danconias Truffle Brownies to firm them up for easier threading on the skewers.

2) Thread the brownies and fruit on the skewers. You can get very creative here - add marshmallows and more! 

3) Layout on a serving plate and drizzle with chocolate sauce. 

These little vibrant dessert gems are known to be the BEST bite ever. Enjoy!

 Truffle Brownie Kebobs

Decadent Chocolate Sauce

1 lb Semi Sweet Chocolate

2 Tablespoons Butter

2 Cups Heavy Cream 

Put all ingredients in the a double boiler. Fill bottom sauce pan half full with water on medium heat. Place second sauce pan on top. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Let cool. Use funnel to transfer into squeeze bottle. And, drizzle on top of Truffle Brownie Kebobs, ice cream and more!
